A strong, flexible, mono-layer, heat stabilized nylon bagging film for oven and autoclave processing.   It is used to cover the component, sealed to the tool.  Vacuum connectors provide a vacuum integral connection through the vacuum bagging film, in order to apply vacuum to the laminate.

VAC Innovation nylon bagging films are available for use to two temperatures.  The extra wide green film (VACtiteLTG236) can be used to 125°C whilst the ultra pink (VACtiteUltraPxx) and pink (VACtitePxx) can be used to 205°C.  They are also available in various widths and lay-flat tubular film roll lengths.  The ‘ultra’ bagging film is a more supple bagging film.
